John Tseng, DDS

John Tseng is a native New Yorker who graduated from Columbia University, where he studied biochemistry and the life sciences. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from New York University College of Dentistry, and furthered his clinical training completing a dental residency at New York Medical College. Dr. Tseng loves the field of endodontics, which is saving teeth with root canal therapy. When doing root canals, Dr. Tseng provides excellent clinical care while minimizing pain and discomfort for all of his patients. With a thorough and meticulous approach, he aims for precise and lasting endodontic treatment and exhibits a tireless dedication to his patients.

Dr. Tseng is continually interested in the latest research and advancements in dentistry, and he strongly values giving back to the community, as he has mentored dental residents since 2019 in the NYC Health + Hospitals system Metropolitan Hospital, where he works as an Attending and faculty instructor.

Dr. Tseng enjoys spending time with his wonderful wife Olivia, and travelling abroad and within the US visiting national and local parks. He brings the same balance of intellectual curiosity and human warmth to his personal life that he embodies in his practice.
